COVID-19: Business Continuity Plan

QUALITAIR&SEA wants to reassure you that the health and safety of teams and our clients are our top priority – which is why we want to give you an insight into the daily steps we take, as well as the additional steps we are taking, to be extra vigilant amid growing concerns around the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our priority is to maintain, as far as possible, the best level of service and response to your needs.

QUALITAIR&SEA is complying with government directives and is adapting its work organization both to protect its employees and to be united in an approach that is in the general interest.

In the event of more substantial disruptions, we will adjust our operational set-up. We will, of course, keep you informed of any developments in the situation.

We are united in a common objective: to continue our activities so that our customers and partners are the least impacted possible by current events.

Your usual contacts can be reached by e-mail and by phone, and will make every effort to find alternative solutions adapted to the needs of your Supply Chain.

Despite the coronavirus spread, we were able to reorganize our working methods in a few days in order to reconcile the pursuit of activity and the health of our employees:

  • Refocus on the essentials (cancellation of unnecessary trips and meetings, processing of actions according to priorities...)
  • Continuous communication with our customers, employees and partners.
